　　PATRICIA M. Dineen is a Managing Director of Siguler Guff and Company, LLC. She has primary responsibility for managing the BRIC Opportunities Funds, focusing on Brazil, Russia, India, China. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2004, she was at Cambridge Associates, an independent financial consulting firm, where she led the emerging markets private equity advisory business, including asset allocation planning, market research, manager searches and due diligence. In collaboration with the major International Finance Institutions, she created the first comprehensive emerging markets private equity database to measure performance and to help professionalize the asset class. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, she founded a consulting firm specializing in telecommunications, working with start-up ventures. Previously, she worked for ten years at British Telecommunications in London where she held a variety of positions, involving investments and joint ventures in the US, Europe and Asia. She has also held positions at Hughes Communications, The RAND Corporation, and the White House. Dr. Dineen received her B.A. in Economics and Russian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, her M.Sc. in Soviet Economics from the London School of Economics, and her Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in regulatory economics and technology.
