　　David Lu is a Managing Director and the Chief Representative for Piper Jaffray & Co in China. He has spent

　　over 10 years’ in investment banking with the last 8 years in the Asia-Pacific region.

　　Mr. Lu was previously with DBS Bank in Hong Kong responsible for Greater China coverage. Mr Lu started his

　　career in investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney in New York in 1998 and relocated to Asia with

　　Salomon Smith Barney (“SSB” and subsequently Citigroup Global Markets) in 2000 and rose to the position of

　　Vice President with the firm’s Asia-Pacific TMT investment banking team before joining DBS Bank Ltd in 2005.

　　Mr. Lu holds a joint L.L.B. law degree and MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and received

　　his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto.
