The project is located at the north entrance of the Shanxi Merchants Culture Tourism Scenic Spot (the connection site of National Highway No. 108 to Huitong Road). It is sited in the central position of Taiyuan Economic Circle and within 15 kilometers to Taiyuan city center and Jinzhong city center and is only 2 kilometers to the Taiyuan Airport. It is one of the symbolic buildings of Jinzhong City and is a new project. It is planned to construct the Shanxi Merchants Cult ure Display Hall, a multifunctional performance and broadcasting hall, and a convention center and an exhibition center. The construction period will be 24 months. After the completion of this project, it is estimated to receive more than 500 thousand tourists annually. The annual revenue will be about USD 62.50 million with annual profit of 30 million USD. The repayment period of investment will be about 4.5 years.
