The construction is mainly about refuse dam, screening dam, anti-seepage of field bed, protective layer of clay, efflux discharge system, flood discharge channel, regulating reservoir, recharge system, electricity supply, fire fighting, planting and so on.. It has been approved to be authorized by Shanxi Development and Reform Commissi on.
