　　项目名称：永清县绿源肥料开发有限公司建设16万吨/年“SH-J”多元复合系列专用肥及螯形氨基酸矿质复合肥项目

　　项目内容：建设“SH-J”多元复合系列专用肥生产线8条,年生产能力为15万吨;建设年产10000吨螯型氨基酸矿质液体肥生产线1条;建设年产5万吨过磷酸钙生产线1条;建设原材料、成品储备仓库35000平方米,项目总投资895万美元,拟利用外资625万美元。中方以土地,技术和现有年产2万吨“SH-J”多元复合系列专用肥生产线设备及部分现金投入,希望外方以现汇及设备投入。

　　市场分析:“SH-J”多元复合系列专用肥和螯型氨基酸矿质液体肥是中国农科院、北京农林科学院的专家教授运用“测土配方,平衡施肥”技术,依据不同区域土壤养分丰缺状况,不同作物需肥特点,采取缺什么,补什么,缺多少,补多少,将氮、磷、钾和可促进作物生长的多种微量元素及有机质等进行科学配方精心研制开发的高新技术产品。产品广泛应用于粮油、棉麻、果树、瓜菜及药材、花卉等家作物的底肥、追施及叶面喷施。已被农业部定为“九五”、“十五”期间全国农业十大重点推广技术和产品。按照国家发展规划到2015年,我国测土配方施肥比例要达到80%以上,据初步测算,仅华北地区年需求量就达1400多万吨,而目前国内此肥料年产量还不足800万吨,市场潜力巨大。

　　Project Name: Yongqing LuYuan Fertilizer Development Co. Ltd. plans to build one factory that can produce SH—J Polybasic Compound Special Fertilizer and Chelate amino acid mineral fertilizer 160000 tons annually.

　　Project Content: To build 8 pieces of production lines for producing SH-J polybasic compound special fertilizer 150000 tons annually. To set up production line with the annual production capacity of chelate amino acid mineral fertilizer 10000 tons .To build one production line with the annual production capacity of super phosphate 50000 tons .To build 35000 sq. m of reserve storehouse. The total investment of the project will be US$ 8.95 million in which US $ 6.25 million foreign capitals is expected. The Chinese part will invest by the means of land, technology, equipment and cash. Hope the foreign part to invest in foreign exchange and equipment.

　　Market Analysis: SH-J polybasic compound special fertilizer and chela amino acid mineral liquid fertilizer are high-tech products which were painstakingly researched and developed by the experts and professors from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Beijing Academy of Agricultural & Forest Sciences. The fertilizer is widely used in the base fertilizer spreading and leaf spraying in all kinds of agricultural crops. It has been appointed one of the ten key popularizing technologies and products during “Nine -Five” and “ Ten-Five ” plans by National Agricultural Ministry. According to the incomplete calculation, up to 14 million tons the fertilizer is needed in North-China region per year. But the existing production capacity is only 8 million tons. So the product has a large potential market.

　　Economic Benefit Analyses: When the project come into operation, the annual selling income will be US $ 31 million and profit US $ 6 million. Its internal earning ratio will be 39 per cent and investment profit rate 62 per cent. The project’s investment recoverable period is 2.4 years.

　　Outline Existing Enterprise: Yongqing Luyuan Fertilizer Development Co. Ltd. was established on August 1996. The company covers an area of 26400 sq. m. and the building area is 2340 Sq. M. It possesses net assets US $ 1.165 million. The company finished selling income US $3.1 million and profit US $ 0.6 million in 2002.

　　Investment Environment: The project is located in the industrial Zone of Yongqing County. It is only 9 KM away from Jingjiu Railway and 70 KM from Tianjin New Port. The land, needed by the project, about 86400 sq. m., has been got approval from Chinese government. All the basic facilities in the zone are perfect.
