　　Project Content: Utilizing the foreign capital to set up one production line to prroduce hydrogen peroxide solution with the annual output of 20000 tons. The total investment will be US25 million in which US18 million goreign assets are expected. The Chinese part will invest in land, workshop and some related equipment. 　　Market Analysis: With the developing of papermaking and textile industries, the demand for hydrogen peroxide solution increased sharply. It is nonposionous and doesn’t pollute the environment. Especially in recent 10 years, the requirment has increased by 17 per cent yearly. Now, the domestic requirment is about 300000 tons, but the production capacity is only 200000 tons. So, the product is short of supply.

　　Economic Benefit Analysis: The annual output for the high concentration of 50 per cent will be 20000 tons. When the project come into operation, the annual selling income will be US25 million and profit US6 million. The project’s investment profit ratio will be 28 per cent and its internal earning rate 36 per cent and the period to retrieve the investment 6.4 years.
