　　建设条件：该项目拟建于廊坊市安次区杨税务乡，占地40亩，交通便利，现有水、电、土地等基础设施完全能够满足建设需要。

　　经济效益分析：项目建成后，生产规模年产不锈钢制品在6000吨以上，年销售额按市场价格参照企业原有的销售价格制定，2500万美元/年，总成本为1320万美元(包括原材料、运杂费、燃料、动力、人员工资及其他费用)，各种税金93万美元，净利润87万美元，预计不锈钢市场的年贸易额可以达到1875万美元，创利润250万美元。该项目建设期1.5年，投资回收期3年。

　　Market Analysis:In recent years, the demands of stainless steel have been increasingly growing at the speed of more than 15% per year. In 1999, the actual consumption of stainless steel exceeded one million tons, and 1.2 million tons in 2000. In 2005, it will reach to 1.5 million to 1.6 million tons. Estimated at the annual increasing speed of 4%, the consumption of stainless steel will be 2 million to 2.5 million tons in 2010. By then, China will be one of the largest markets of stainless steel consumption in the world. 　　Economy Analysis:After the Project is completed, the annual output of stainless steel product will be at least 6000tons. The annual sales values shall be drawn up according to the market price with reference to the original sales price of the enterprises, USD 25 million /year. The total cost is USD 13.2 million (including expense of raw materials, freight and miscellaneous charges, fuel, power, personnel salary and miscellaneous expenses), various tax payment shall be USD 0.93 million, net profit USD 0.87 million yuan. According to cash transaction analysis，the accumulative cash transaction shall turn out to be positive from the sixth year, that means that it takes only 4 to 6 years to recover the investment.

　　Progress of Project：The first phase of construction is almost completed, which includes: (1) the expropriation proceedings have been complemented; (2) Equipment possessed includes large-scale bender, plate shearing machine, lapping machine, pipe bender, pipe cutting machine, etc. Another batch of equipment is planning to be purchased at appropriate time; (3) At present, it has 80 senior management personnel and 600 employees; the repair of office area and accommodation area is already completed.
