　　市场分析：通过对京津两地消费市场的调查研究水果深加工产品缺口非常大，单果汁一项年可销售30000吨，只要利用好现有的原材料和我们特有的区域优势，该项目会有广阔的发展前景。

　　建设条件：水果厂建在我镇中心位置，水果厂占地100亩，交通便利，水电方便通讯设施健全。我镇水果生产规模大，品种多。有规模性果园一万多亩，近几年在政府的号召下种植规模还在不段扩大。水果品种主要有梨、苹果、山楂、桃、李子、杏、金丝大枣，全镇水果年产量近5万吨。

　　经济效益分析：项目建设预计三年，项目建成后预计年销售收入为7000万元，销售利润2100万元，投资利润率11%。预计5年可收回投资。

And the categary of the fruits is mainly included of pear, apple, hawthorn, peach, plum, apricot, and Chinese date, the yearly outpute of all the town is nearly 50 million tons.
