　　建设内容：扩大现有饲养规模。目前，该养殖场已达到年产四万头商品猪规模，主要饲养二元杂交种猪及三元育肥猪。该养殖厂被北京市食品公司定为北京市生猪活储基地，并签定了年销售四万头的合同。该场计划在2-3年内达到年饲养能力十万头的能力。

　　总投资及资金来源：项目计划总投资420万美元，其中：自筹120万美元，拟利用外资300万美元。

　　效益分析：该项目建成后，总公司年总饲养能力达到10万头，新增销售收入3540万元，新增营业利润680.84万元。年可带动养殖农户4000余户，放养仔猪5万余头，养殖农户直接增收500余万元。该公司扩大饲养规模后能够带动本地区养猪业发展，可产实现良好的经济效益和社会效益。

　　Overview of the Company: Xianghe Jingxiang Raising & Processing Co., Ltd. was established in May 1997. Through two years of hard constructing, accumulative total investment is 16.51 million Yuan. 3 stud pig farms, one economic pig farm and one 10-ton feed factory have been primarily completed. In 1999 the output value was 15.5 million Yuan, and profit got to 753,000 Yuan. Bring along 1000 families to breed poultry and their income increased more than 1 million Yuan. At the same year, company’s 10,000 pigs were brood in peasant’s pig stock.

　　Project Content: To enlarge present raising scale. At present, Xianghe Jingxiang Raising & Processing Co., Ltd. can output 40,000 commodity pigs and the company mainly raise duality hybrid stud pig and meat-use pig. The company has been assigned as live-pig-stock for Beijing City by Beijing Food Company, and a contract has also been signed between them, which requires the company to provide 40,000 pigs for Beijing Food Company each year. Jiangxiang Company plans to increase its raising capacity to 100,000 pigs a year within 2-3 years.

　　Total Investment: The proposed total investment is US$ 4.2 million. Among which the company will raise US$ 1.2 million. US$ 3 million of foreign fund is expected.

　　Economic Benefit Analysis: When this project goes into operation, the annual breeding capacity of Jingxiang Company will reach 100,000 pigs. The newly increased sales income will be 35.4 milionYuan and the newly increased profit will be 6.8 millionYuan, bringing 4,000 breeding families with a direct income of 5,000,000Yuan. At that time, company outside breeding pigs will get to 50,000. So we can draw a conclusion that this project can promote local area pig breeding industry and will leads to good economic and social benefit.
