　　项目内容：项目占地面积27.1万平方米(折合406亩)，建筑面积39600平方米。其中：1、市场交易厅面积1.84万平方米，2、交易棚面积1.2万平方米3、其它设施0.92万平方米;建露天交易市场8万平方米,道路及硬化面积13万平方米;绿化面积3190平方米；建保鲜库一座，容量为5000吨；建果菜加工厂一家，年加工能力为1万吨。

　　建设必要性：1996年经农业部定点测定，永清县的土壤、水、大气质量三大生产要素均为一级，没有污染源，完全符合无公害和平要求，到2001年全县无公害蔬菜面积达到27万亩，总产量为120万吨，果品面积达到12万亩，总产量突破10万吨，但作为生产和消费连接的纽带，营销中心建设相对严重滞后，现有的设施仅为23处路边市场，急待改善条件，此项目建设是非常必要的。

　　经济效益分析：正常运营后，市场交易量为120万吨，交易额20亿元，营运收入4300万元，利润2638万元，投资回收期为4.79年。

　　企业概况：永清县永清镇工贸集团下辖绿源肥料、恒源油脂、冲压件、塑料加工、精细化工等5家企业，从业人员385人，拥有固定资产2980万元，2002年实现销售收入7060万元，实现利税718万元。

　　Project Name: Organic Vegetables & fruit Marketing Center

　　Project Content: The project covers an area of 271000 square meters. The total building area will be 39600 square meters in which the marketing exchange hall is 18400 square meters, the exchange shed is12000 square meters and other facilities is 9200 square meters. The project is to build 80000 square meters of open-air exchange market, 130000 square meters of road and 3190 square meters of greening area. One fresh preserving with the capacity of 5000 tons will be built. One vegetables & fruit-processing mill with the annual processing capacity of 10000 tons will be built.

　　Total Investment: The total investment will be US12.05 million among which USD 10.05 million foreign funds is expected in cash and equipments. The Chinese part will invest in land and the existing facilities.

　　Project Necessity: Determined by China National Agricultural Ministry in 1996, the three essential factors (soil, water and atmosphere) are A grade. By the end of 2001, the planting area for the non-environmental polluted vegetables is up to 270000 Chinese mu with the total output 1.2 million tons and the fruit area 12000 Chinese mu with the total output 100000 tons. But the construction of marketing center, as the important link between manufacturing and consuming, is seriously falling behind. So the project is essential.

　　Economic Benefit Analysis: When the project comes into operation, the exchange volume will be 1.2 million tons and the volume of trade will be RMB 2 billion. The business income will be RMB43 million and the profit will be RMB26.38 million. The payback period of investment will be 4.79 years.
