　　Investment: The total investment of the center will be 5.0 million dollars in which 3.5 million dollars hope from foreign capital.

　　Market Analysis: At present, the high quality cattle resources based on the slaughterhouse are urgent. With the entry to WTO of China, some foreign high quality beef and beef products will come into China market and the domestic market will face the challenge.

　　Construction Condition: Enjoying the plentiful straw resources and convenient transportation, as well as the advanced animal husbandry and rapidly developing slaughtering and processing capacity, Dachang Hui Autonomous County will be the best choice for the center.

　　Economic Benefit Analysis: When the center come into operation, the annual income will be 5.6 million RMB and profit 260 thousand RMB. The project’s investment profit ratio will be 25.3 percent and the period to retrieve the investment 3.8 years. The economic benefit is not clear before local strain is cultivated in the demonstration farm, but the benefit shall be prominent after the local strain is cultivated.
