　　该项目国内外市场潜力巨大，白灵菇的营养价值和药用价值越来越受到人们的青睐，消费量每年以10—20%的速度递增。目前，虽然我市生产的白灵菇总量中约一半以上出口韩国、日本等国家，但是仍远远不能满足人们对它的渴求。白灵菇生产前景广阔，有识之士将其称为二十一世纪的食品。

　　建设条件

　　项目建设地点在三河市段甲岭镇小赵庄白灵菇场，总占地2000亩，该地点在三河市区东，102国道北侧，水电路齐全，交通便利，通讯快捷。项目主要生产原料是棉籽壳、玉米芯、锯木屑、麦秸等，我市的主要大田作物是小麦和玉米，又紧邻产棉大县——天津宝坻，距木材生产县——兴隆县不足百公里，因而生产食用菌的原材料完全可以得到及时充足的保障。

　　经济效益

　　项目建设期为二年，项目建成后，年产鲜菇2025吨，年销售栽培种200万袋，每斤菇按市场平均价格15元/斤计算，每袋栽培种按2元计算，年产值达6475万元。投资利润率为140.82%，投资回收年限0.71年，可于投资后次年收回成本。

　　中方企业现状

　　中方企业三河市奇特菌业有限公司始建于1999年，现有固定资产500万元，建有养菌室560平方米，出芽车间850平方米，包装车间200平方米，办公及生活用房1500平方米。公司现有技师2人，技术人员8人。公司主要生产白灵菇，并可为其它农户、企业培养菌种、加工出菇菌棒和设计安装生产反季节白灵菇的冷冻生产设备。

　　2.The total investment is 65.5 million, the farmers raise about 32.75 million RMB and 32.75 million RMB of foreign fund is expected.

　　3.Market analysis:The project has great potential in the domestic and foreign market. Now, the people know the nutritive value and medical value of mushroom, and Bailing mushroom is called as the food of 21st century. The annual demand increases with the speed of from 10% to 20%. At present, half of our products exports to Korea and Japan. The market of Bailing mushroom is broad.

　　4.Constructing conditions:Project sites will lie in Bailing mushroom farm of Xiaozhao village, Duanjialing Town, Sanhe County, covering an area of 2000 mu, which sites in the east part of Sanhe county, the north of 102 national road with ready water, electricity, road and convenient transportation. The main material of the project is cottonseed shell, corn fuse, lumber bits and wheat straw. And the main crops in our county are wheat and corn. It is near Baodi County of Tianjin where lot of cotton is planted. It is fewer 100 kilometers from Xinglong County where lots of wood are planted. So the material of mushroom can be supplied in time.

　　5. Economic profit analysis: The construction period is 2 years. After the completion of the project, 2020 tons fresh mushroom will be produced each year and 2 million bags of cultivated plants can be sold. The average price is 30 RMB for each kilogram, the price of each bag of cultivated plant is 2 RMB, so the annual output is 64.75 million RMB. The investment profit rate is 140.82%, the investment recovery period is 0.71 year. So it can get the cost back in the next year.

　　6.The present conditions of the enterprise:The Chinese part is Qite mushroom Co.Ltd of Sanhe city was built in 1999. Now it owns fixed assets of 5 million RMB, 560 m2 mushroom-raising room, 850 m2 sprouting room, 200 m2 packing workhouse, 1500 m2 office and living house. The company has 2 technicians and 8 agronomists. The company mainly produce Bailing mushroom, which can raise mushroom variety, process mushroom sticks, design and install the cooling production equipment of Bailing mushroom for farmers and enterprises.
